摘　　要：文章主要研究了直接黑168染料(C.I. Direct Black 168)的合成方法。首先,将4,4'-二氨基二苯胺-2-磺酸(PP酸)双重氮化,在酸性介质中与H-酸进行第一次偶合;然后将苯胺重氮化,与上述单偶氮化合物在碱性介质中进行第二次偶合;再与间氨基苯酚进行第三次偶合;最后盐析、过滤。通过单因素实验确定了最佳合成工艺。The synthesis method of direct black dyestuff 168 （ C. I. Direct Black 168 ） was studied. Firstly, 4, 4＇- diamino benzidine - 2 - sulfonic acid （ PP acid） was treated by dual diazodzation reaction, and then coupled with H - acid for the first time in acid medium. Secondly, the obtained mono - azo compound was coupled with diazotized aniline for the second time in alkaline medium. Thirdly, it was coupled with m - aminophenol. Finally, the compound was salted out filtered. The optimum synthesis technology by a single -factor experiment is also described in this paper.
