系统性红斑狼疮与类风湿关节炎重叠时血清IgG和IgE结果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythemtosus,SLE)与类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)重叠时血清中IgG和IgE水平。方法检测41例SLE患者,21例SLE与RA重叠的重叠综合征(overlap syndrome)患者以及49名健康者三组的血沉(ESR),抗链球菌溶血素(ASO),血清IgG、IgA、IgM、IgE。结果重叠综合征组的IgG明显高于SLE患者组(p<0.01),IgE明显高于SLE患者组,分别是1111.71±1042.11/538.99±514.23(ng/ml);IgA和ESR均高于SLE患者组(p<0.05)。结论重叠综合征患者组的ESR、IgG、IgA、IgE均高于SLE患者组,本文测定数据可为临床诊断是否有重叠结缔组织疾病存在提供参考。Objective Exploring the levels of IgG and IgE in serum as systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） and rheumatoid arthritis （RA） overlap.Methods Detect the erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） of 41 cases of SLE patients,21 cases of SLE and RA overlap syndrome patients and 49 healthy persons,Su-Antistreptolysin blood （ASO）,IgG,IgA,IgM ＆amp; IgE of serum.Results The IgG of overlap group is significantly higher than SLE patients （p〈0.01）,IgE of Overlap syndrome patients is significantly higher than SLE patients,which are 1111.71 ±1042. 11/538.99± 514.23 （ng/ml） respectively. Both IgA and ESR are higher than SLE patients （p 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The ESR, IgG, IgA and IgE of overlap syndrome patients are higher than SLE patients. Determination data of this article can provide reference for clinical diagnosis to identify whether SLE overlaps with RA.
