摘　　要：上海市普陀区人民医院是一所综合性企业医院,在社会主义计划经济时期曾发挥过积极作用,但是随着市场经济机制逐步形成,特别是医疗保险制度的建立,医院陷入了困境。在各级政府的支持、关心下,该院在企业医院社会化方面进行了有益的实践,取得了初步成效,保证了企业医院在社会化过程中平稳过渡,持续发展。This is a general hospital attached to enterprises,which made a great contribution to the society under socialist planned economy. However,due to the gradual formation of market-directed economy,especially with the setting up of medical insurance system,the hospital is faced with difficulty. With the support and care of the government,its management has been practicing vigorously on the socialization of hospitals attached to enterprises and has got elementary effects. Therefore,this reform is proved to have enabled the hospital attached to enterprises in question to transit steadily and develop continuously during its socializing process.
