摘　　要：本文介绍了绿水河电站我国首批300m以上水头混流式水轮机的导叶与底环快速损坏的情况和看法，以及今后的技术改造和目标。This paper presents the author's view on quick damage of the guide vane and bottom ring of the mixedflow turbines for a water head of over 300 m in the Lushuihe Hydropower Station, which were first instaled in hydrpower stations in China. The Paper has also made comments on their improvement and set a target for their future technicalrenovation.
