摘 要:医疗质量是医院管理的核心问题,也是医院发展的永恒追求,但目前大多医院只专注于医疗质量,而忽视行政、后勤工作质量对医疗质量的影响,在一定程度上阻碍了医疗质量的提高。某三甲医院根据国家相关政策和自身实际情况,制定了行政、后勤质量评价体系与考核标准,通过将行政、后勤纳入医院质控考评体系,更好地落实了行政、后勤为临床一线服务的目标,从而保证医疗工作的顺利开展,提高了医疗质量。本文就将行政、后勤纳入医院质控考评体系的具体内容和操作进行了介绍,并对取得的成效和存在的问题进行了初步探讨,提出了建议。Health care quality is the core issue of hospital management,and also the eternal pursuit of Hospital Development. Most hospitals only focus on the quality of medical care and the impact of administration and logistics work quality on the medical quality is ignored,which hinders the improvement of medical quality partly. In accordance with national policies and their own actual situation,a 3A grade hospital developed the assessment system and assessment criteria of administrative and logistical quality. By bringing administration and logistics into the hospital quality control and evaluation system, the goal servicing for the clinical front - line is better implemented, thus ensuring the smooth development of medical work and improving quality of health care. The article introduces the specific content and operation about how to bring administration and logistics into quality control and evaluation system. Based on the improvements we have achieved, the author gives some further suggestions.
