聚精颗粒联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗死精子症机制研究

摘　　要：目的聚精颗粒联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗死精子症的疗效观察。方法选择死精子症患者69例，给予聚精颗粒联合复方玄驹胶囊治疗3个月，治疗前后分别采用精子顶体酶定量、核蛋白组型转半定量、超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）定量和DNA荧光染色精子动（静）态图像分析系统进行检测分析，观察治疗前后精液常规参数以及顶体酶、核蛋白组型转、SOD的变化。并观察21例正常生育者上述指标作为对照。结果与治疗前相比，治疗后a级精子、a＋b级精子、e级精子百分率及精子顶体酶值均有明显改变（P〈0．01）；精子密度、精子核蛋白组型转换半定量值及精浆SOD值无明显变化（P〉0．05）。结论聚精颗粒联合复方玄驹胶囊可以明显改善死精子症患者精子活动率，但联合治疗的良好疗效可能并不体现在SOD活性值的改变。死精子症患者的精子顶体酶检测和核蛋白组型转检测有一定的价值，而SOD变化不明显。Objective To explore the possible therapeutic mechanism of FUFANGXUANJU Capsule and Jujing granulation on neerospermia. Methods Computer assisted sperm analysis ,spermatozoa acrosin activity ,spermatozoa nucleoprotein transition and superoxide dismutase（SOD） activity in seminal plasma were performed in 69 cases of necrospermia. The changes of sperm parameters, spermatozoa acrosin activity , spermatozoa nueleoprotein transition and SOD activity before and after the treatment with FUFANGXUANJU Capsule and Jujing granulation were observed. 21 men on normal fertility were enrolled as the control group. Results Compared with pre-treatment, there was no significant change in sperm concentration,spermatozoa nucleoprotein transition and the activity of SOD （P 〉 0.05 ）. But rapid motility,forward motility, percent necrospermia and spermatozoa acrosin activity changed signifi- cantly after treatment （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion FUFANGXUANJU Capsule and Jujing granulation can significantly improve sperm viability in patients with necrospermia. However, the excellent effects of FUFANGXUANJU Capsule and Jujing granulation are rehed to the changes of SOD activity. Examination of spermatozoa acrosin activity and spermatozoa nucleoprotein transition are valuable for neerospermia but the change of SOD activity is not involed.
