摘　　要：目的分析阑尾切除术患者抗菌药物临床应用情况。方法收集2006年7月至2008年11月阑尾切除术患者病例129份，运用Excel 2003软件统计，对抗菌药物使用频率、联用情况、使用时机和疗程、用药频度和抗菌药物利用指数（DUI）等进行分析。结果129例阑尾切除术患者均使用抗菌药物；单用抗菌药物27例（20．9％），2种抗菌药物联合应用93例（72．1％），3种抗菌药物联用9例（7．0％）；阿莫西林／舒巴坦DUI≥1，其他抗菌药物DUI均小于1。结论目前外科抗菌药物的使用还存在较多问题，应当加强抗菌药物的临床应用管理，保证用药的安全、有效、合理、经济。Objective To analyze the application of antibacterial agents in patients receiving appendectomy. Methods One hundred and twenty-nine appendectomy cases were collected from July 2006 to November 2007. The use of antibacterial agents was analyzed. Results Antibacterial agents were used in all 129 patients. 27 cases used single sort and 102 cases had combined use of antibiotics in laparoscopic or in open operation. Conclusion There are many problems in clinical use of antibacterial agents, indicating the importance of rational use of antibacterial agents.
