摘 要:在热模拟试验机上,以恒温、恒道次变形量和恒变形间隔时间的办法,研究了在奥氏体部分再结晶区多道次变形时的组织变化规律。研究证明,奥氏体部分再结晶区多道次变形可有条件地转化成完全再结晶组织,其结果可使因奥氏体部分再结晶区变形而产生的奥氏体组织不均得到改善,奥氏体平均晶粒尺寸减小。在奥氏体部分再结晶区轧制的合理工艺是,保证在该区的变形实现一次或多次的向奥氏体完全再结晶组织的转变。This paper gives austenite microstructure developed during multipass deformation in partial re-crystallization zone. The deformation was carried out at constant temperature, constant pass reduc-tion and constant interval between reductions in Gleeble machine. It was found that during multi-pass deformation in partial recrytallization zone of austenite, partial recrystallization can be cha-nge into complete recrystallzation under adequate conditions. This results in the improvement ofinhomogereous austenite produced by partial recrystallized deformation and ill decrease of avaragcaustenite grain size. The rational rolling schedule must be able to complete one or more times tran-formation from partial recrystallization to complete recrystallization during multipass deformationin partial recrystallization zone.
