摘  要:探讨乙酸苄酯合成及产物分析。用负载Fe3+强酸性阳离子交换树脂催化合成乙酸苄酯,研究了在分离产物的条件下,带水剂种类和带水剂用量对乙酸转化率的影响。并对产物进行了分离提纯和色谱分析。在分离产物的条件下,乙酸转化率为90.16%。经提纯后的产物的红外光谱表明,产物的结构与标准品乙酸苄酯相符;经气相色谱仪分析,反应体系中只有乙酸、苄醇、乙酸苄酯和水4个组分;经提纯后的产物中乙酸苄酯含量为94.56%。本实验制备的催化剂反应选择性高。The synthesis of henzyl acetate and the product analysis were discussed. Catalyzed by Fe3+ strong acid cation exchange resin, synthesis of benzyl acetate were studied at the isolated conditions of the product, the influence of type and amount of carrying water agent on the conversion rate of acetic acid was also studied. The product was purified and analysized by HPLC. In the separation of the product conver- sion rate of acetic acid was 90.16%. After purifying the product by the infrared spectra,results show that the structure of the product match the standard benzyl acetate via gas chromatograph analysis, the reaction system has four components such as acetic acid, benzyl alcohol, benzyl acetate and water. After purification of the product, the benzyl acetate content was 94.56%. The catalyst prepared by this experiment has the high selectivity.
