摘 要:以传统的高温固相法制备出烧绿石型半导体光催化剂Nd2InNbO7。采用XRD和UV-DRS手段对其进行了表征,测试结果表明,Nd2InNbO7属于立方晶系,晶格常数为1.061 6 nm,带隙宽度为2.68 eV,具备可见光响应能力。以目标物亚甲基蓝的降解率为指标考察了催化剂用量、助催化剂的种类及负载量对Nd2InNbO7的光催化性能的影响。结果表明,同Ag和RuO2相比,Pt助催化剂更有利于光生电子和空穴的分离,进而使催化效率有较大提高。当催化剂的用量为0.2 g/100 mL,且负载0.2%Pt助催化剂后,催化活性最佳。在实验用可见光源照射下,反应4 h后即可将亚甲基蓝完全降解。Pyrochlore semiconductor Nd2InNbO7 was prepared via a conventional solid-state reaction method. Its crystal structure and photophysical properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and diffuse reflectance spectrum (DRS) analysis. The resuhs suggested that the Nd2 InNbO7 belonged to cubic system and the crystal parameter was 1. 061 6 nm. The Nd2InNbO7 with an energy gap of 2.68 eV exhibits visible-light-driven ability. Influence of catalyst concentration, co-catalyst and its amount loaded on the photocatalytic activity of Nd2InNbO7 were investigated, by taking degradation rate of selected methylene blue (MB) as target. The experimental results indicate that: the Pt-loaded Nd2InNbO7 possesses the highest photocatalytic activity in comparison with Ag-and RuO2-1oaded Nd2InNb07 ,because it is more ef- fective in promoting the separation of photo-induced electron and hole. When concentration is 0.2 g/100 mL and 0.2% Pt is loaded, the Nd2InNbO7 possesses an optimal photocatalytic activity, and the MB is thoroughly decomposed in 4 h under the experimental visible light illumination.
