摘　　要：基于十七烯基咪唑啉的紫外光谱吸收特性的研究，建立了一种能快速、准确测定十七烯基眯唑啉含量的紫外光谱分析方法。将十七烯基咪唑啉溶解在无水乙醇溶液中，在235nm进行紫外光谱测定。操作简单，重现性好，相对标准偏差小于3％；在样品溶液中加入不同浓度的十七烯基咪唑啉标准溶液，回收率在97．6％～102．3％。线性范围为0．005—0．03mg／mL，相关系数R2为0．9998。UV absorption characteristics of heptadeceny-imidazoline were investigated. A rapid and accurate analysis method of the ultraviolet spectroscopy （UV） has been developed to determine the concentra- tion of heptadeceny-imidazoline. The detail procedure is that the sample was solved with ethanol in beak- er,then was directly determined at 235 nm by UV. The operation was simple and re five standard deviation of the method was less than 3%. When different concentration of standard heptade- eeny-imidazoline solution was added to the sample solution, the recovery was in the range of 97.6% - 102.3%. A linear calibration curve was obtained with heptadeceny-imidazoline concentration ranging from 0.005 - 0.030 mg/mL, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 8.
