摘　　要：由间苯三酚和对羟基苯乙腈为原料,经缩合、环化及后处理得染料木素,产品总收率为38.2%,纯度大于98%。A synthetic method of genistein was reported. Genistein was prepared from phloroglucinol and p-hydroxyphenylacetonitrilc through condensation, cyclicondensation and post treatment and its yield was 38.2% and purity was over 98%.
