摘  要:针对真丝印花织物退浆水洗工艺耗能耗水较大的缺点,将超声波技术用于真丝印花织物的退浆水洗工艺。通过与常规水洗的退浆效果的比较,对超声波退浆水洗的可行性进行了评价;改变超声波退浆水洗的功率、时间和温度,研究影响超声波退浆水洗效果的因素。结果表明:超声波退浆水洗效果明显优于常规水洗,而且节能减耗。Aimed at the disadvantages of water consumption and energy consumption, the ultrasonic technology is applied in desizing washing process of silk printed fabrics. The feasibility of ultrasonic desizing washing technology is estimated in comparison with the conventional process. The ultrasonic desizing washing process is optimized by varying the factors of power, time and temperature. The experimental results show that ultrasonic desizing washing process not only has superior effect to conventional desizing washing process, but also saves energy.
