摘  要:采用液相化学共沉淀法和喷雾干燥技术制备了均匀的复合粉末,结合热分解和热压烧结技术新工艺制备了钴镍含量分别为15%(样品1)和22%(样品2)的粗晶粒硬质合金辊环材料。利用销-盘式万能摩擦磨损试验机研究了其摩擦磨损性能。结果表明:样品硬质合金的耐磨性能远优于其他同类硬质合金;硬质合金的平均摩擦系数随滑动速度的增加而降低,载荷对摩擦系数的影响相对复杂,粘结剂相对少的硬质合金,其摩擦系数随着载荷的增加而增加,而粘结剂较多的硬质合金,其摩擦系数随载荷的变化规律多变;粘结剂少的硬质合金的磨损率随滑动速度和载荷增加呈阶跃式增加,粘结剂多的硬质合金的磨损率随滑动速度和载荷增加而缓慢增加。两种合金的磨损机理分别为为磨粒磨损和粘着磨损。The composite powder is prepared by the method of liquid chemical deposition and spraying drying technology; two samples with different contents of cement are prepared by the thermolysis and hot pressing sintering method. Then the tribological behavior of the two samples is studied by using MMW-1 apparatus and WTM-1E Pin-on-Disk Tribometer. The experiments show that the abrasion resistance of samples is better than that of other different kinds of cemented carbide; the average value of friction coefficient of hard tungsten-cobalt carbide decreases with rising of sliding speed. But the relation between friction coefficient and load is complicated. The friction coefficient of the cemented carbide whose binder is comparatively little increases with rising of load, while that of the other changes complexly with the variation of load. The results also indicate that the wear rate of tungsten-cobalt carbide whose binder is comparatively little rises stepped with rising of sliding speed and load, while that of the other rises slowly with rising of sliding speed and load. As a result, it is known that the wear mechanisms of two samples are different, samplel being abrasive wear while sample2 adhesive wear.
