摘  要:电梯的安全可靠运行关系到人身和设备安全,对其运行过程的实时监控和故障诊断研究具有重要意义;目前国内外学者对电梯的故障诊断都有不同程度的研究,但仍有各自的局限性;针对电梯故障诊断实时性有限、可靠性差等缺点,提出了多信息融合算法的电梯实时故障诊断系统,建立了基于模糊神经网络和D-S证据理论相结合的故障诊断模型,设计了基于FPGA的故障特征信号采集和远程通讯系统,并以Labwindows/CVI为软件开发平台,编制了故障诊断软件;通过模拟电梯故障现象的运行,结果证明了该故障诊断系统达到了良好的效果。The reliability of control system for an elevator is important to people and equipment. Therefore , the research for on-line monitoring and fault diagnosis of the elevator is quite significant. The domestic and foreign researchers have studied on elevator fault diagno- sis in different degree, but the results have some limitations. To solve the problem of timeliness limitation and poor reliability in elevator fault diagnosis, an elevator on--line fault diagnosis system based on multi--information fusion technology is proposed, a multi--information fusion fault diagnosis model a combination of fuzzy neural network and D--S evidential theory is set up. Cultivating an embedded data acquisition system with FPGA by VHDL which can not only finish the acquirement for the signals of the elevator control system but also transfer the elevator movement data. Programming a fault diagnosis software with multi--information fusion technology based on Labwindows/ CVI. The simulation of the fault phenomena has the good effect of this fault diagnosis software.
