大误差报警系统在防空火炮调平中的应用

摘　　要：火炮在射击时,由于各种外力的影响,导致炮床不能保持水平,影响火炮射击精度;因此,建立数学模型,利用Matlab仿真,得出仿真曲面图,通过曲面形状分析其变化特点,得出当炮床不水平时,X轴和Y轴的倾斜角度对火炮射击精度影响的结论,并通过仿真计算出允许炮床倾斜的最大误差;然后,通过利用8051单片机作为主控制器,二维倾角传感器作为反馈元件,实时检测炮床的水平状态,与误差设定值比较,并将其结果传给单片机;单片机根据预置程序输出信号,控制报警指示灯,实现报警功能。Artillery is firing, as a result of the influence of outside force, artillery--bed can＇ t keep leveling, and affect target accuracy. Accordingly, mathematical modeling, and then using MATLAB simulation, educe conclusion that artillery target accuracy is affected by angle of inclination when artillery--bed don＇ t keep leveling, and figure out the biggest error by MATLAB simulation. And then use 8051 single-chip computer by way of controlling core, two--dimension angle of slope sensor by way of feedback element, real time to measure level state of artillery-bed, compare with error setting value, and send the results to single-chip. Single-chip will put the controlling signals out according to the programs designed in advance to control indicator light, so it will come to alarm function.
