摘 要:在低压无功补偿设备中,单独应用接触器存在涌流大、触点易损坏和响应慢等问题,单独应用电力电子器件则存在功耗大、抗干扰弱等问题;设计了一种以AVR单片机ATMEGA16L为核心的低功耗电容投切复合开关;装置以可控硅与磁保持继电器并联为主回路开关,电容投或切通过可控硅和继电器配合工作,可控硅在电压过零时导通,投合后电流由磁保持继电器单独承担,具有功耗低、浪涌小、抗谐波强、响应速度快等优点,装置具有故障自诊断、恢复和状态指示功能;在装置投切30Kvar补偿电容的多次测试中,涌流均在稳态电流峰值的1.1倍左右,在批量生产和应用中收到了良好的使用效果;对该电路的结构、基本原理、时序和性能等进行了描述。In the reactive power compensation equipment, the problems were big surging, reaction slow and easy to be damaged by contactor applied alone, besides, the problems were big power and low capability of the anti--interference. A kind of low power loss capaci- tance casting--chipping compound switch was designed to be applied in reactive power compensation equipment based on single-chip AT- MEGA16L. The equipment was using the parallel connection of tbyristor and magnetic latching relay in the main loop. The switching process, it was the concerted action between the magnetic latching relay and tbyristor. The thyristor work only when operating capacitor. During the equipment is switch-on, the electric current is taken on by the magnetic latching relay lonely. The equipment has the advantages of low surging current, low power consumption at touch point , strong capability of the anti--interference to harmonic , and quickly reaction of compensate. This equipment can successfully achieve in the trouble shooting, trouble removal and trouble indicator. In the testes of switching 30Kvar capacitance, the surging current was 1. 1 times the peak value of stable state current. Results of the batch production and application show that the effect is good. The paper represented the structure, basic principle, sequence in time and function of the circuit.
