空间制冷机寿命试验数据采集系统设计

摘　　要：设计了一种基于吉时利2750数字多用表的空间制冷机寿命试验的数据采集系统和一种基于恒流源的Pt100电阻测量电路,能有效地消除引线电阻产生的测量误差,提高了测量精度;采用VC++6.0编程语言为软件开发工具,通过计算机串口连接2750,实现试验数据的采集、保存和数据处理等功能,然后利用MSChart控件对测量数据进行处理,得到数据动态变化实时曲线图,长期试验结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠、测量准确、使用方便,适合于科研实验和工程项目中使用。A system of Data Acquisition in the lifetime experiment of spaceborne refrigerator is designed based on Keithley 2750 digital multimeter. A kind of Pt100 resistance measurement circuit for temperature test is designed based on constant current source. The circuit can effectively suppress the measurement error generated from the lead wire resistance and improve the precision of the temperature measurement. The programming language of VC＋＋ is used to develop the software of Data Acquisition, which connects 2750 digital multimeter through COM port. The system functions as to acquire data of experiment~ s measurement, to save data as files and to process data by computer program, and gain the two--dimensional graph of data variation by MSChart control component. The results of long--test demonstrated that the Data Acquisition system is convenient for use with high precision and reliability and fit for experiments of science and research and project.
