摘　　要：珠江口门地区面临南海 ,大陆岸线长 4 5 7km ,遭受洪水、潮汐、台风的影响。河口滩涂发育迅速 ,以约 10 0m/a的速度向大海延伸。随着沿海地区的经济发展 ,滨海 - 2m高程 (珠江基面 )以上的滩涂约 4万hm2 ( 60万亩 )正在和将要建堤围垦和开发利用 ,原有海堤也亟待加固提高。因此 ,对珠江口门现有海堤堤型资料进行收集、整理 ,分析总结 ,选择经济可靠的海堤堤型 ,具有重要的现实意义。文中收集了珠江口门的几种主要堤型 ,通过对各种堤基工程地质条件的分析 ,推荐与之相适应的海堤堤型。尤其对即将开发兴建的大部分淤泥地基 ,推荐采用改进斜坡式海堤堤型。并针对软基和风浪这两个主要因素 ,提出了海堤设计、施工应注意的问题。FacingtheSouthChinaSea ,theestuarineregionofthePearlRiverwithalengthofcoastlinetotalling 4 5 7km ,issubjectto theinfluenceoffloods ,tidesandtyphoon .Beachlandintheestuarineregiondevelopsrapidly ,extendingtotheseaattherateofabout 10 0m/a .Withtheeconomicdevelopmentincoastalregion ,about 4 0 0 0 0hm2 ( 60 0 0 0 0mu)ofbeachlandattheelevationofabove - 2m (PearlRiverDatum)isbeingorwillbereclaimedandexploited .Theexistingseadykesalsoneedtobestrengthenedandheightened . Itisofpracticalsignificancetoselecttheeconomicalandreliabletypeofseadykebymeansofcollecting ,sortingoutandanalizingthe dataofexistingseadyketypesintheestuarineregionofthePearlRiver.Theauthor,havinganalizedtheengineeringgeologicalcondi tionsforvariouskindsofdykefoundationinthisregion ,recommendsadaptabletypesofseadyke.Theimprovedslopeseadykeisespe ciallyrecommendedformajorityofareaswithsiltyfoundationwhichwillsoonbedeveloped .Inviewoftwomajorfactors :softfounda tionandstormywaves ,theauthorputsforwardproblemstowhichattentionshouldbepaidduringdesignandconstructionofseadyke.
