射流闪速浮选机在铁精矿脱硫浮选中的试验研究

摘　　要：通过小型试验和工业试验,将安庆铜矿铁精矿脱硫浮选设备由XJK-2.8 m3浮选机改用SX-JLF-40-3高效射流闪速浮选机,脱硫率由70%提高到80%以上,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。Through the laboratory and industrial tests,SX-JLF-40-3 jet flow flash flotation machines are used in iron concentrate desulfurization flotation instead of XJK-2.8 m3 flotation machine,then the desulfurization rate is improved from 70% to 80%,then economic and social benefit are obtained.
