摘　　要：针对我国人口老龄化发展趋势,对我国城市老龄住宅已经或可能出现的类型进行梳理,提出了老龄福利院、敬老院、托老所、老龄疗养院、独居老龄户、老龄社区、老龄化社区及亲情养老住宅等八种城市老龄住宅的类型以及其各自的特色与建设策略。In the light of the trend of development of the aging of population in our country,the author sorts out the types of old-people-oriented housing which has already come into existence and the types which may appear,bringing forward the respective characteristics and construction strategies of eight types of urban old-people-oriented housing,including the welfare house,old people＇s home,nursing home,rest home,house for solitary old people,community of aged population,community of aging population and housing for old people with tender care.
