摘  要:使用超声波-铁氧体法对含Ni2+废水进行处理,通过考察硫酸亚铁用量、pH值、H2O2用量、超声波的辐射时间和辐射声强对含Ni2+废水Ni2+去除率以及铁氧体磁性的影响,设计超声波-铁氧体法处理含镍废水的最佳操作条件。结果表明,随着硫酸亚铁用量的增加,Ni2+的去除率增大,最佳pH为11.0,当Fe2+:Ni2+=3:1(mol:mol)、超声波辐射时间和辐射功率分别是50min和70W/cm2时,去除率高达到99.8%以上,H2O2用量为1.0~2.0mL,铁氧体的磁性最强。Ultrasound - ferrite method was employed to treat the wastewater of containing Ni^2+ . The effects of FeSO4 dosage, pH, H2O2 dosage,radiation time and power of ultrasound on Ni^2+ removal efficiency of the waste water and magnetism of ferrite were investigated and the optimum condition was determined. The results showed that the removal efficiency of Ni^2 + would be increased with the rising of FeSO4 dosage. The optimum pH was 11.0 and the ratio of Fe^2 + and Ni^2 + was 3 : 1 ( mol : mol) , The other optimum reactions of radiation time and power of ultrasound at 30min and 50W/cm^2 could reach the best removal efficiency of Ni^2+ as over 99.8% and ferrite of best magnetism could be obtained by adding 1.0 -2.0mL H2O2.
