摘  要:为研究大鼠急性肾缺血再灌注损伤血液和肾组织中内皮素(ET)和降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的动态变化规律,采用放射免疫法检测急性肾缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血浆和肾皮质、髓质ET和CGRP水平变化。结果肾组织ET水平于再灌注3h达到高峰,24h仍维持较高水平;肾组织CGRP水平于再灌注24h达到高峰(P<0.01)。血浆ET和CGRP于再灌注损伤后虽升高,但无显著性差异(P>0.05)。认为肾组织ET和CGRP升高在急性肾缺血再灌注损伤和修复中可能起着重要的作用。To study change of endothelin (ET) and calciton gene related peptide (CGRP) in plastna and kidney of acute renal ischemic reperfusion injury rats, 60 cases of SD rats were randotnly divided into 6 groups:normal control,false operation,ischemic 0. 25, 3 and 24 reperfusion injury hour. The items studied were:the level of ET and CGRP in plasma and kidney tissue (cortex and medulla respectively). Renal cortex and medulla ET level were found to increase markedly after ischemia and reperfusion at the 3 rd hour and remained high at the 24 th hour. Renal CGRP level increased markedly at the 24 th hour (P <0. 01 ). The plasma ET and CGRP level increased also,but difference was not significant(P>0.05). The increase of ET and CGRP in kidney may play an important role in the pathogenesis of acute renal ischemic reperfusion injury.
