摘  要:基于控制容积法,采用RNG k-ε湍流模型对某600 MW四角切圆燃烧锅炉的底层燃烧器区域流场进行了数值模拟。通过比较和分析不同射流速度的流场发现:射流速度影响实际切圆直径和动态旋转切圆气流的旋转流动速度;射流末段上游区域和动态旋转切圆中心均存在回流,这将有利于烟气与一次风的混合。To investigate the flow characteristics of tangentially fired furnace, flow fields of burner region of one 600MW tangentially fired furnace had been numerically simulated, based on control volume method and RNG k - ε turbulent model. Through comparing and analyzing the flow fields of different jet velocity, it was found that jet velocity affects the actual diameter of tangential circle and the velocity of airflow on tangential circle;upstream region of jet extremity and the center of tangential circle have the existence of circumfluence, this circumfluence will be in favor of the mixture of gas and primary air.
