摘  要:衡量电网发展水平对于一个国家的电网建设与电力布局具有重要意义。从供电能力、资源配置能力、安全稳定水平、电能质量、科技水平等7个方面,建立了电网发展指标体系,研究了指标的度量方法。以国家电网公司电网发展为研究对象,以500 kV与330 kV为研究重点,选取线机比、变机比等指标进行计算分析,得出了电网发展的特点,并提出了相关建议。The significance of weighing the power grid development is evident. The paper has created the indexes of power grid development, which includes the ability of distribute power, ability of resource optimizing, security and stability, electricity quality, science and technology. The paper also studies the calculation of indexes. Focused on the 500kV and 330kV, the paper sets the power grid of SGCC as the study object, the index of XianJiBi, BianJiBi, and etc. are calculated. The power grid development situation of SGCC is summarized, and the related suggestions are proposed too.
