摘  要:为了寻找一种有效方法治疗一些智商正常而学习困难的儿童,运用感觉统合训练对26例学习困难儿童进行治疗,并与用药物利他林治疗的25例对照。结果:训练组在学习成绩、学习效率、情绪变化、人际关系、注意力及动作协调性等方面均较药物组有明显改善(P<0.01或0.05),在治疗多动症方面2组效果无差异性(P>0.05)。药物组存在服药时间长、难坚持、神倦和食欲减退等缺点,而训练组无此缺点,且设备简单、易学、安全、价廉等,值得推广。In order to search for a new way to effectively treat the normal IQ children with learning disorder, sensory integration training was employed to treat 26 children with learning disorder, and the results were compared with those in 25 controls receiving the drug treatment. The results showed that the children in training group obtained more obvious improvement in school record, learning efficiency, mood change, interpersonal relationship, attention, action harmony than in drug-treated group (P<0. 01 or 0. 05). In the treatment of children with learning disorder, the method of sensory integration training was safe, simple,easy and cheap, and was worth spreading.
