2008年北京残奥会综合诊所伤病员救治实践与分析

摘　　要：【目的】分析2008年北京残奥会期间残奥村综合诊所接诊患者的患病情况,提高大型残疾人运动会医疗服务水平。【方法】通过医院信息系统,收集2008年8月28日-2008年9月20日北京残奥村综合诊所的建档病例,对5 197例患者患病情况进行调查。【结果】残奥会期间残奥村综合诊所接诊病人的常见病依次为急慢性损伤、呼吸系统、口腔科、眼科及耳鼻喉科疾病,分别占总就诊量的40.35%、14.34%、10.68%、8.5%和8.14%。【结论】在第13届残奥会北京残奥村综合诊所就诊病人中,以运动损伤患病率最高,治疗用药要注意兴奋剂问题。【Objective】To analyze the incidence of diseases of patients in paralympic village polyclinic during the period of 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games,and to increase the medical service level for large disability-athelets sports meeting.【Methods】Using the specific Hospital Information System,5197 documented cases were collected and studies in Beijing Paralympic village polyclinic from Aug 28,2008 to Sep 20,2008.【Results】The following diseases were found：acute and chronic injury（40.35%）,respiratory system diseases（14.34%）,oral diseases（10.68%）,ophthalmological diseases（8.5%） and otorhinolaryngological disease（8.14%）.【Conclusions】The highest incidence of disease is injury in the polyclinic in the period of the 13th Paralympic Games and special attention should be paid to the usage of stimulant.
