摘　　要：目的：建立HPLC法测定盐酸地芬尼多片的含量。方法：色谱柱为Diamonsil C18（4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）;甲醇-水-三乙胺（55∶45∶0.2）用磷酸调节至pH4.0为流动相,检测波长220 nm。结果：在12.4～37.2μg/ml范围内,溶液浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=1.0000）;平均回收率为99.3%,RSD为1.1%（n=6）。结论：本方法简便、准确、可靠。Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of difenidol hydrochloride tablets.Methods： The chromatographic system consisted of a C18 column as stationary phase and a solution of methanol-water-triethylamine（55∶45∶0.2）,pH of which was adjusted to 4.0 with phosphoric acid,as mobile phase.The detective wavelength was at 220 nm.Results： The linear range of difenidol hydrochloricde was 12.4～37.2 μg/ml（r=1.000 0）.The average recovery was 99.3%,and RSD 1.1%（n=6）.Conclusion： This method is simple,accurate, and reliable.
