摘  要:用3-氨基-三甲氧基硅烷对铟锡氧化物(ITO)导电玻璃进行修饰,以4,4-联吡啶为桥连配体,用层层自组装法制备纳米银多层膜。应用原子力显微镜、紫外可见光谱对其表征。用循环伏安法初步研究了碘离子在电极上的电化学行为。结果表明:电极对碘离子有很好的电化学响应,碘离子在(2×10^(-5)~5×10^(-4))mol/L浓度范围内与氧化峰电流呈良好的线性关系,最低检出限5×10^(-6)mol/L,线性相关性系数:R=0.999 24。3-Aaminopropyltrimethoxysilane was used to modify Indium Tin Oxides (ITO) conducting glass, 4,4-bispyridyl was employed as a bridging ligand and layer-by-layer self-assembly was applied to prepare silver nano-particle multilayer. AFM, UV-vis and cyclic voltammetry were applied to characterize it and the electrochemical process of Iodide on the electrode was studied. The results showed that this modified electrode exhibited a good electrochemical response to iodide. Iodide showed a good linear relationship at a range of (2×10^-5~5×10^-4)mol/L,R=0. 999 24, with the lowest detection limit of 5 × 10^-6 mol/L.
