摘  要:对UVC与CSI分别对血浆中病毒灭活的效果和对血浆中FⅧ凝血活性的影响进行了观察。CSI按100mg/ml加入血浆,作用30min与60min,能使SV分别下降255与361个对数级,但血浆FⅧ凝血活性亦分别降至5733%和0;继续延长作用时间至120min,灭活病毒的效果增加不明显。用剂量为7170~57360J/m2的UVC照射血浆,可使SV下降426~671个对数级。照射剂量为7170J/m2时,病毒灭活速度较快,FⅧ凝血活性也无损害,但超过此剂量后的病毒下降速度减缓,而对FⅧ凝血活性的损害明显加重。The efficacy of short-wave ultraviolet rays (UVC) and cross-linked starch iodine (CSI) in inactivating respectively Sindbis Virus in plasma and their influence on activity of Factor Ⅷ of the plasma were observed experimentally The results indicated that addition of CSI 100 mg/ml to plasma with contact time of 30, 60, 90 and 120 min could reduce Sindbis Virus (SV) in plasma by log 2 55, 3 61, 3 83 and 3 83 respectively, but the coagulation activity of plasma Factor Ⅷ decreased to 57 33% and 0 with 30 min and 60 min contact time respectively Irradiation of plasma with UVC at dosages of 7 170~57 360 J/m 2 could reduce SV by log 4 26~6 71 Irradiation with dosage of 7 170 J/m 2 could inactivate the virus rapidly and was essentially harmless to the activity of Factor Ⅷ, while the dosages higher than this showed decreased speed of inactivating the virus and had significant injurious effect on coagulating activity of Factor Ⅷ
