摘　　要：当前,农业科研单位财政经济总量大幅增长,预算执行的刚性越来越强,文章针对如何强化预算管理,切实加快单位预算执行进度,规范合理地使用预算资金,从树立单位预算管理意识、夯实预算管理基础、理顺预算管理环节的关系、加强预算监管、依法合规等方面进行探讨。Presently, finance economic gross increases largely in the agricultural scientific research department, and budget execution rigidity is getting stronger and stronger. This paper aims at how to strengthen budget management, effectively speed up the progress on the budget implementation, regulate the rational use of budgetary funds. And it discussed from these aspects including establishing budget management consciousness, strengthening the Budget management infrastructure, rationalizing the relationship between aspects of budget management, strengthening budget supervision, obeying the law and so on.
