摘　　要：文中介绍淮北发电厂为解决该厂5号汽轮机目前热耗率和供电煤耗高的问题决定实施的汽轮机揭缸提效工作,以确保煤耗、热耗指标接近或达到设计标准。对机组进行的揭缸提效检修工作,重点是对汽轮机汽封进行换型改造以及采取相应的针对性措施,以降低汽轮机热耗,达到节能降耗的目的。经过严格管理,修前、修后性能鉴定试验以及1年来的运行实践证明,达到了预期的目标。The energy conservation falls consumes,the energy conservation to reduce the platoon is one which of key work the Group,the subsidiary company in 2008 the workshop proposed. Regarding defers to Group＇s request,solves this factory #5 unit present hot consumption rate and the power supply coal consumption question,is a very arduous duty. The plant headquarters decided that the first unit uncovers the cylinder at the beginning of the year implementation subsidiary company to raise the effect work,guaranteed that the coal consumption,consumes the target hotly close or achieves the design standard. Carries on to the unit uncovers the cylinder to raise the effect overhaul work,key carries on to the steam turbine labyrinth packing trades the transformation as well as the pointed measure,reduces the steam turbine to consume hotly,serves the purpose which the energy conservation falls consumes. After manages strictly,after before repairing,repairs,the performance evaluation experiment as well as for one year movement practice proved that has achieved the anticipated goal.
