小牛血清含量对氧化电位酸性水破坏乙型肝炎表面抗原的影响

摘　　要：用氧化电位酸性水破坏含小牛血清量≤１０％的悬液中ＨＢｓＡｇ，仅需作用３０ｓ；当小牛血清含量≥１５％时，作用１０ｍｉｎ仍未达破坏要求。When oxidation potential acidic water was used for destroying HBsAg in suspension containing ≤1 0% of calf serum, only 30 s was required When the calf serum content was ≥1 5%, destruction requirement still could not be fulfilled after 10 min contact The neutralizer containing ≤40% of calf serum had no significant influence on the results
