摘　　要：随着社会的发展和高等教育大众化的趋势,高校共青团组织的思想育人工作面临越来越多新的挑战。文章从高校共青团组织思想育人功能的特点入手,分析目前制约开展该项工作的几大因素,认为只有转变工作观念、创新工作形式和加强团组织自身建设,才有可能提高思想育人工作的亲和力、辐射力和延伸力,以取得最佳效果。With the steady development of the society and the upward movement of mass education in higher education, Youth League organizations＇ cultivation of students＇ ideology confronts increasing challenges. Factors that inhibit Youth League organizations＇ cultivation of students＇ ideology is explored via studying the functions of the Youth League organizations. It is organizations update their working concept, innovate working style and proposed strengthen that Youth League the organizations＇ self construction to improve the affinity, radiation and expansion of the ideological work to achieve desired results.
