析福建高校高职称女教师健康状况与体育行为

摘　　要：运用文献资料、问卷调查和专家访问法,对福建省普通高校高职称女教师的健康状况和体育锻炼情况进行调查分析。文章根据现状分析问题原因,认为:高校领导要加强重视女性教职工参与体育锻炼的力度,以促进高职称女教师体育锻炼良好习惯的养成;要增加相关经费投入,改善高校体育锻炼的物质环境;要充分发挥高校体育专业资源优势,研究和开发适合高职称女教师的趣味性群体活动项目;要采取积极措施,鼓励、引导非体育群体积极参加体育锻炼。A study is made on the state of health and physical training of female teachers with senior professional title in Fujian universities by literature study, questionnaire survey and interviews. The way to improve the female teachers＇ health is explored from the aspects of university administers, funding, resource exploitation and effective measures. It is maintained that the university administers attach due importance to the physical training of female teachers; provide more funds to improve the training environment; make full advantage of university＇s physical education faeulty＇s resources to develop suitable physical training items and take effective measures to lead the physical training of the female teachers.
