摘　　要：高校人事档案管理工作是高校人事工作的重要组成部分。目前由于各种原因,高校人事档案存在着管理理念滞后、管理制度不完善,原始材料质量不高,档案装订不规范等问题,在一定程度上制约了人事档案的利用。文章结合实际,针对上述问题从理念与制度、档案内容、装订与归档等方面提出了一些改进措施和方法。The management of college personnel files is one of the most important parts of college personnel administration. For different reasons, there exist some problems in the management of college personnel files, such as lagged management ideas, imperfect management system, substandard original documents, and poor quality flies, etc. , which to some extent has restricted the full use of personnel files. Combined with the practical situation, this paper presents some solutions for improvement from such aspects as concept and system, content of files, and binding and filing.
