摘　　要：文章对北京市现行的屋顶绿化的管理模式进行了调查研究,通过对现有模式的比较分析,认为建成后的屋顶绿化应注意养护管理,以促进屋顶绿化的持续发展,要在推进屋顶绿化的管护工作中推广节水灌溉,明确责权关系,规范管理资质,鼓励公众参与,以保证屋顶绿化工程效益的充分发挥。Roof greening always holds an important position in urban greening of Beijing. Those completed roof greenings are entering the period of tending and protection. Considering of that, the present management systems of the roof greening in Beijing were investigated. By comparing existing models of roof greening, it was found that more attentions need to be paid to tending after the establishment of roof greening in order to promote sustainable development of roof greening. Water-saving irrigation, clear responsibilities and obligations, standardized management and encouraged public participation should be exercised in order to ensure the full benefits from roof greening.
