摘　　要：TD-SCDMA标准的出现在我国通信发展史上具有里程碑式的意义,各主流3G标准之间的竞争日趋激烈,为我国自主知识产权的TD-SCDMA标准制定科学的发展对策成为具有现实意义的问题.从3G市场的特征与我国3G市场的发展现状入手,深入研究了TD-SCDMA标准的若干发展对策.3G technical standards play a strongly important role of landmark in the development of communication industry in China. The competition among all of mainstream 3G technical standards becomes more and more furious, so constituting scientific development countermeasure of TD-SCDMA, which is a Chinese autonomous right of knowledge, is becoming a pressing question with realistic significance. Based on the characters of 3G market and the development actuality of 3G market in China, this paper gives some development countermeasures about TD-SCDMA technical standards.
