摘  要:以肥披碱草种子为材料,分别用NaCl和Na2CO3溶液进行胁迫处理7d,研究其萌发情况。结果表明:不同盐溶液和不同浓度的同种盐溶液对肥披碱草种子萌发的影响不同。随着盐浓度的升高,种子的萌发受到抑制,各萌发指标均呈明显降低的趋势。进行萌发恢复试验后,原来较高盐浓度处理下的种子具有较高的恢复率,表明盐胁迫并没有使肥披碱草种子永久地丧失萌发能力,当盐胁迫得到缓解或解除时,种子就能迅速萌发。Elymus dahuricus Turcz seeds were separately treated with different concentrations of NaCl and Na2CO3 for 7 days to observe the germination.The results showed that the germination of the seeds was significantly affected by different kinds and different concentrations of salt solutions. With the increase of concentrtion, the germination rate, germination index, and the vigor index all decreased. After being removed to deioned water, the non-germinated seeds which were treated at high salt concentration still showed high recovery rate when salt stress was relieved.
