摘　　要：通过分析国内外关于粮食直接补贴政策的现有研究文献,根据研究方法、研究内容的不同,从粮食直接补贴政策的理论依据、实施效果、制约因素以及完善措施等4个方面进行了较全面的评述。Based on analyzing the current literature research at home and abroad with rich research methods and contents,a relatively comprehensive perspective on direct food subsidy policy in terms of theoretical fountains, implementation effects, constraints as well as ways to better the situation were developed.
