摘　　要：旅游资源是旅游业产生和发展的物质基础,其丰富程度和开发价值的大小直接影响到一个区域旅游事业的兴旺发达,因此对旅游资源进行科学评价是区域旅游开发的重要问题之一。运用层次分析法和模糊数学十分制记分法对客家文化旅游资源聚集地之一的梅州市进行了旅游资源定量计算,并对该市客家文化旅游资源做出综合评价。结果表明,影响梅州客家文化的因子顺序依次为:客家习俗>民居>宗教文化>民间艺术>饮食文化>名人故居。根据不同的影响层次对梅州市客家文化旅游资源进行了策略分析,希冀为该地区的客家文化发展提供有益的帮助。Tourism resources are the material basis of tourism＇s origination and development. The abundance and exploitation value of tourism resources directly affect the prosperity of regional tourism. Therefore, one of the important issues of regional tourism development is to evaluate the tourism resources scientifically. By analytic hierarchy process （AHP）and ten-point system score card of fuzzy mathematics, quantity calculation and comprehensive evaluation of Hakka culture tourism resources were made in Meizhou which was one of the most important gathering places of Hakka culture.The ranking of factors affecting Meizhou Hakka culture were made out through analysis, and they should be Hakka custom, folk house, rehgion culture, folk art, food culture, former residence of celebrities. Finally, the stratagem and measures were put forward according to different influence hierarchies hoping to give a hand with Hakka culture＇ s development in Meizhou.
