摘 要:本文测定了52例 NIDDM 患者游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平的时相变化。结果发现在口服75_g 葡萄糖后各时相的血糖(BG),FFA 水平明显高于对照组(NC)(P<0.01~0.02),提示 NIDDM 中存在胰岛素(INS)刺激葡萄糖摄取的抵抗和 INS 抑制 FFA 生成的抵抗。在轻、中、重型 DM 中 FFA 升高的顺序为重型>中型>轻型。相关性分析显示,重型 FFA 与血糖水平呈显著正相关(r=0.84,P<0.05),FFA 对 NIDDM 严重的高糖血症的产生有重要作用。In this article,plasma glucose,insulin and FFA concentration8 were measured in 52 patients with NIDDM and 15 cases of normal controls.75g oral glucose used as Loading,these results showed that in NIDDM group the blood glucose and FFA levels were significantly higher than those in NC group(P<0.01-0.02),and these results indicated that these patients with NIDDM who were resistant to the ability of insulin to stimulate glucose uptake wre also resistant to the action of insulin to suppress FFA.FFA concentration increased progressively with severity of NIDDM:severe>moderate>mild NIDDM.Univariate analysis showed that in severe NIDDM there was a significantly positive correlation between FFA and glucose.These results suggested that elevated plasma FFA level in patients with NIDDM was responsible for the development of hyperglycemia
