摘 要:热喷涂涂层的残余应力对涂层与基体金属间的结合以及涂层的使用性能都有显著的影响.为了研究热喷涂工艺参数以及沉积涂层温度对涂层残余应力的影响,使用4Cr13马氏体不锈钢作为喷涂材料,分析了在喷涂过程中保持试件处于180~390℃温度范围条件下形成涂层的应力分布状况,采用电测法测定了涂层的杨氏模量和泊松比.结果表明,当沉积涂层温度保持在大约260℃时,形成的涂层到室温时有最小的残余应力.高于此温度,获得拉应力涂层;低于此温度,涂层处于压应力状态.电弧喷涂4Cr13马氏体不锈钢涂层的杨氏模量为53.1GPa,涂层的泊松比为0.1028,涂层的杨氏模量小于原始喷涂材料.The residual stress in thermal sprayed coatings greatly affects the adhesion between coating and substrate metal, and decreases the application properties of the coatings. In order to investigate the effect of thermal spraying parameter and temperature on the residual stress in the coating, the stress distribution in the 4Crl3 martensitic stainless steel coating deposited at the temperatures ranged from 180 to 390℃ was analyzed. The Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio of the coating were also determined by means of the electrical measurement method. The results show that when the coating is deposited at about 260 ℃, the residual stress in the coating is the lowest. The coating with tensile stress is obtained if sprayed above 260 ℃, while the coating with compressive stress is obtained if deposited below the critical temperature of 260 ℃. The Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio of the coating are 53.1 GPa and 0. 102 8 respectively, which are lower than those of the original material.
