金融危机背景下大学生就业的挑战及对策

摘　　要：金融危机的蔓延冲击着大学生就业市场,导致大学生招聘会数量和成功签约人数呈下滑态势,就业形势异常严峻。在此背景下,政府应优先就业政策,以学士后延缓就业,以见习促进就业;大学生应增强就业信心,理性择业,以创业带就业。The great impact on the market of college students＇employment caused by the spread of financial crisis has brought out a decline in the numbers of participants and contract signing on the meetings for application and employment, so that the condition of em- ployment for graduates becomes very serious. Under the circumstances, the government must make some policies to help graduates find the jobs, such as the post - bachelor degree to relieve the pressure from the employment, short - term practice to promote the final em- ployment. Meanwhile, the graduates should have confidence and rational job＇s decision - making, and start to work by establishing their own business.
