摘  要:目的:探讨四逆汤改善缺血心肌能量代谢的作用及其机制。方法:垂体后叶素性小鼠心肌缺血模型,四逆汤(浓度103g生药/L)灌胃,剂量01mL/20gwt·d-1,心肌超微结构用电镜观察分析,心肌ATP含量用高效液相色谱法测定,乳酸浓度用常规生化方法测定。结果:与缺血组相比,四逆汤组缺血心肌线粒体损伤显著减轻(P<005),糖原消耗显著减少(P<005),乳酸浓度显著下降(P<005),心肌营养血流量显著上升(P<001),氧自由基浓度显著降低(P<001)。结论:四逆汤具有显著改善缺血心肌能量代谢的作用。Abstract AIM:To explore the effects of Sini Decoction(SD) on improving energy metabolism of ischemic myocardium and their possible mechanisms.METHODS:Pituitrin-induced myocardial ischemia model of mice was used,SD(1 gram crude drugs/mL) was fed at the dosage of 0.1mL/20g.wt·d -1 for three days. Myocardial ultrastructure was observed and analyzed through electron microscope.Following indexes were determined:adenosine triphosphate(ATP) contentof myocardium by high pressure liquid chromatography(HPLC),lactic acid concentration by routine biochemical method,nutritional blood flow(NBF) by 86 RB uptake test,oxygen free radical (OFR) concentration by electron spin resonance(ESR).RESULTS:SD alleviated ischemia injury of myocardial mitochondria, increased NBF and the content of ATP,decreased the concentration of lactic acid and OFR significantly.CONCLUTIONS:SD improved the energy metabolism of ischemia myocardium significantly,the above effects of SD might be related the increase of blood supply and removal of OFR from ischemia myocardium.
