摘 要:目的:本研究旨在评价吸入一氧化氮(NO)在犬烟雾吸入性损伤时对心肌酶谱的影响。方法:烟雾吸入后,用17只犬随机分为2组,对照组(n=8)单纯吸氧(FiO2,045),治疗组(n=9)吸氧(FiO2,045)+00045%(45ppm)NO,连续监测12h动脉血心肌酶谱变化。结果:治疗组乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBD)、肌酸激酶(CK)和天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)均不同程度低于对照组(P<005,<001)。Abstract AIM:To evaluates the effect of inhaled nitric oxide (NO) on myocardial enzyme spectrum in smoke inhalation injury. METHODS:After smoke inhalation injury, 17 dogs were divided radomly into 2 groups, control group ( n =8) given inhaled oxygen (FiO 2,0 45) and treated group ( n =9) given inhaled oxygen (FiO 2,0 45) mix with 0 0045% (45ppm) NO. Changes of myocardial enzyme spectrum in arterial blood were observed continuously for 12 hours. The data were analyzed using ANOVA for multiple mean comparisons. [WT5HZ] RESULTS:Lactic dehydrogenase (LDH),α-Hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase (α-HBD) creatine kinase (CK) and aspartate aminotransferas (AST) of the treated group were lower than the control group ( P <0 05, P <0 01).CONCLUSION:Inhaled NO may decrease myocardial injury in smoke inhalation injury in dogs.
