摘 要:针对大规模VLSI电源网络分析效率问题,提出一种局部电源网络宏模型求解方法,根据其结构特点,结合电路等效变换与电路合并,对电路模型进行简化,并建立其宏模型.在全局电源网络分析中,利用各局部电源网络宏模型替代其完整电路模型,以降低分析问题的规模与复杂度.实验结果表明,在电源网络分析中应用宏模型技术,可以将分析效率提高1.7倍,且性能随电源网络规模的增大而提高.In allusion to the analysis efficiency of VLSI large scale power networks, a method of building macro-model of partial power networks was proposed in this paper. Based on the structural features of partial power networks, their circuit models were reduced by the method of equivalent circuit transformation and combination, and then the macro-model was built with reduced models. In the analysis equation of whole power networks, intact circuit models of all partial power networks were substituted with their macro-models, which help to reduce the analysis complexity. Experimental results show that the analysis efficiency of power networks with macro-model technique is 1.7 times than the conventional method, and its performance is improved with the increasing scale of power networks.
