摘　　要：在进入21世纪的今天,如何科学有效地开展土地整理,是一个十分重要而紧迫的问题。文章在简要分析我国当前土地整理中存在问题的基础上,提出了土地整理的新视野,对于进一步开展土地整理工作,加快实现土地资源的可持续利用具有重要意义。In 21st century, how to carry out land consolidation scientifically and effectively has been an important and urgent issue. Based on the analysis of problems in current land arrangement in China, this paper presents a new horizon of land consolidation, which can be useful in further land consolidation and significant in reaching the goal of sustainable use of land resource.
