供应链中混合渠道分销的库存竞争效应分析

摘　　要：针对混合渠道供应链,运用基本库存模型的分析框架,以需求转移为条件,研究了不同控制策略下制造商和零售商的竞争性库存决策问题。通过数值实验分析了需求转移对制造商和零售商的最优库存量及绩效水平的影响。最后,根据数值实验的计算结果,给出了决策及协调混合渠道供应链的建议。Under the assumption of demand transfer, this paper takes base - stock model to analyze competitive stocking decisions made in hybrid distribution systems. By numerical experiments, it analyzes the demand transfer impact on manufacturer and retailer＇s optimal stocking decision. Finally, it provides the management highlights.
