摘  要:一般的无刷直流空心杯电机绕组常采用三角形接法,当采用反电势法对其实行无位置传感器控制时,其控制方式与常用的星型接法电机有所不同。由此提出了一种新的反电势换相方法。实验结果证明该方法能使空心杯电机输出更大的电磁功率,转矩脉动更小。Due to the outstanding energy saving, performance smart control performance and smooth running performance, coreless motor has been a development trend of motor as a high efficiency energy conversion equipment. However, because of the special delta coil structure, control method of coreless motor has big difference from that of star-connection motor when it is controlled by the general method of BEMF. This paper introduced a novel phase change method. The result of experimentation verified that the method can make coreless motor output more electromagnetic power and less torque ripple.
